As a lot of you know that Apple has finally introduced the iPad Mini during their Special Event which was held on the 23rd October 2012. The iPad Mini wasn't the only thing that excites the fans. Here are a, mostly pictures, update of the whole event...

 The New iBooks App looks the same but there are a few different features included. one of the most obvious one will be instead of flipping the pages, now you just need to scroll it downwards and the pages will just continue from below.

The new chip offers twice the speed of the chip in 3rd Gen iPad and bare in mind, it has only been 6 months since the 3rd iPad was introduced.

And the star of the event, the new iPad Mini!

Comes in black and white just like the previous one but instead of having the silver plate at the back of the iPad, they change the material to the one that they are using for iPhone 5. So scratches will most definitely be there.

They even compared it directly to the Google Nexus 7!
